1. Sponsor
The Vacation for a Cause Raffle (“Raffle”) is sponsored and administered solely by FCW Animal Rescue (“FCW”), an Arizona nonprofit organization.
The vacation certificate has been generously donated by TribeLife. TribeLife is the prize donor and does not administer, manage, conduct, sell entries for, or determine the winner of the Raffle.
2. Eligibility
The Raffle is open only to legal residents of the US who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Online raffle purchases must be initiated and completed by an eligible entrant.
FCW reserves the right to verify the age, identity, residency, and eligibility of any entrant or potential winner.
3. Raffle Period
Raffle tickets will be accepted beginning when the Raffle is publicly launched and will remain available until 11:59 PM Arizona Time on September 17th 2026.
The winner will be randomly selected on September 17, 2026.
FCW’s records and transaction timestamps will determine whether an entry was received before the deadline.
4. Ticket Pricing
Raffle entries are available as follows:

$200 — 100 entries
Each eligible entry has an equal opportunity to be selected.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible raffle entries received.
All raffle ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable except where required by law or if the Raffle is canceled by FCW.
5. Charitable Purpose
Net proceeds from the Raffle will benefit FCW Animal Rescue and its charitable programs supporting animals in need, including veterinary care, spay and neuter services, Trap-Neuter-Return efforts, food, shelter, rescue, and other lifesaving programs.
6. Prize
One winner will receive one Airfare & Hotel Vacation Certificate for two, donated for the benefit of FCW Animal Rescue.
The specific destinations, airfare benefits, hotel accommodations, travel dates, booking requirements, expiration dates, availability, blackout periods, and other restrictions applicable to the prize are governed by the terms and conditions of the vacation certificate and its fulfillment provider.
Unless expressly included in the certificate, the prize does not include expenses such as:

Rental cars

Parking

Resort or destination fees

Travel insurance

Passports or identification

Attractions or entertainment

Incidental expenses

Applicable taxes

Reservation, booking, redemption, or processing fees
The winner and any travel companion are responsible for satisfying all applicable travel requirements.
The prize has no cash redemption value through FCW and may not be exchanged for cash. FCW makes no guarantee regarding the availability of any particular destination, airline, hotel, travel date, flight, or accommodation.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond FCW’s reasonable control, FCW reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value where legally permitted.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen through a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted by FCW Animal Rescue.The decision of FCW regarding the administration of the Raffle and determination of the winner will be final, subject to applicable law.
8. Winner Notification
FCW will attempt to contact the selected winner using the telephone number and/or email address provided when the raffle tickets were purchased.
The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, and any information reasonably necessary for FCW to comply with applicable tax-reporting requirements.
If the selected winner:

Cannot be contacted;

Does not respond within seven calendar days;

Is determined to be ineligible;

Declines the prize; or
-
Fails to provide required information,
FCW may disqualify that entrant and randomly select an alternate winner.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other financial obligations associated with accepting or using the prize.
The fair market value of the prize may constitute taxable gambling winnings.
FCW may require the winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other documentation necessary to satisfy applicable federal or state reporting or withholding requirements before releasing the prize.
10. Travel Responsibility
Travel is undertaken at the winner’s and travel companion’s own risk.
FCW is not responsible for canceled or delayed flights, hotel availability, missed connections, weather events, lost luggage, illness, injuries, travel restrictions, changes by airlines or hotels, or other events occurring before, during, or after travel.
Airlines, hotels, certificate providers, and other travel vendors are independent parties and are responsible for providing their respective services.
11. Entry Information
Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact information when purchasing raffle entries.
FCW is not responsible for entries or winner notifications that cannot be completed because of incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or illegible information supplied by the entrant.
Entries generated through fraud, automated means, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, or other improper methods may be disqualified.
12. Raffle Administration
The Raffle will be administered and operated by FCW Animal Rescue in accordance with applicable Arizona law.
No outside organization or prize donor controls the selection of the winner.
FCW may interpret these Official Rules and resolve issues concerning eligibility, entries, or administration of the Raffle in a manner consistent with applicable law.
13. Cancellation or Modification
FCW reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to postpone, modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle if circumstances beyond its reasonable control interfere with the integrity or lawful administration of the Raffle.
If the Raffle is canceled without a drawing, FCW will address purchased raffle entries in accordance with applicable law.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, entrants and the winner agree that FCW Animal Rescue, its officers, directors, volunteers, representatives, and the prize donor are not responsible for claims, losses, damages, injuries, expenses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance, possession, redemption, use, or misuse of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
15. Publicity
Unless prohibited by law, FCW may announce the winner’s name and/or photograph through its website, email communications, social media channels, or other communications relating to the Raffle.
FCW will not publicly disclose sensitive personal information.
16. Governing Law
The Raffle and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Arizona.
The Raffle is void wherever prohibited by law.

By purchasing raffle entries, the entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.
